Job Description
Our Client is a leading multinational technology company specializing in the production of business and industrial imaging products.
For their growing operations in Greece, they are looking for a ‘Business Development Manager” , with experience in the Video Surveillance Solutions and CCTV industry.
Your Responsibilities:
- Pre-sale support to account managers in the field of video management systems including the required IT infrastructure - identifying customer´s needs, and solutions.
- Preparation and delivery of presentations during client meetings.
- Achievement of annual sales targets- Setting up actions to support the business plan.
- Technical solutions design based on customers’ requirements.
- Communication and coordination with subcontractors to deliver solutions.
- Evaluation of subcontractors and if needed contract new ones.
- Documenting the proposed solution based on customer requirements, that is understandable for both client and the technical team.
- Responsible for achievement of country business targets in Video Surveillance Solutions (CCTV), related video management applications and related IT infrastructure (IMS).
Your Profile:
- University degree in technical (IT direction preferred) or business direction.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of video surveillance business (pre-sales consultancy, sales, project management).
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or similar positions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of IP Networks, infrastructure and related hardware.
- Previous experience in managing a small team would be a strong asset.
- Fluent in English communication, German is an advantage.
