About the role:

• Location: Iasi & Neamt
• Relocation is possible for strong candidates with proven results. 
• The role is field-based, requires autonomy and it's focused on direct interaction with farmers, distributors, and partners in the assigned territory. 
• This role combines commercial, technical and relationship management responsibilities.

Scope of the role:

• Strengthen presence in the Romanian market,
• Develop sales in the assigned territory,
• Ensure achievement of annual and seasonal targets,
• Increase market penetration at grower level,
• Support commercial campaigns and product promotion. 

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and revenue targets in assigned area
• Manage relationships with farmers and distributors
• Execute commercial campaigns and field activities
• Support product trials and promotional events
• Monitor competition and market trends
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contracts
• Provide regular reporting and market feedback

Candidate profile:

• Required:
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in similar sales role
  • Strong knowledge of local market in assigned region
  • Proven commercial results
  • Dynamic, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good communication and customer orientation
  • Ability to work independently in territory
• Nice to have:
  • Agriculture / agribusiness education
  • Experience in agriculture / seed companies / crop protection / distribution preferred
  • Basic English
  • CRM / MS Office skills

Compensation & benefits:

• Salary: 6000-8000 Ron NET/month, negociable according to seniority and experience
