Responsibilities:

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. Qualifing leads from marketing campaigns as well as sales opportunities. Contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails and social media platforms. Be a good listener to identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services. Building long-term trusting relationships with clients is upmost important which proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. You will be reporting to the Business Development Manager and the CEO on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.

Minimum Requirements:

You would need proven work experience as a Business Development Representative and hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls and social media). Having a track record of achieving sales quotas is important and experience with CRM software. To be a successful Business Development Rep you would need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be generating sales leads, contacting potential clients, and nurture customer relationships. Knowledge of social media advertising such as Chatbot, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn etc
