We are looking for a highly skilled and confident Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for business development and fostering strong client relationships.

This role targets ONLY candidates based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi with a proven track record of success and experience in the UAE and the GCC region. Only candidates with the required skill set to become senior team members through their ability to provide exceptional client and candidate experience, as well as excellent results, will be considered.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in:

• Business development in a recruitment agency
• Proven ability to acquire, service and maintain customers
• Proven ability to source, assess, and hire qualified professionals based on skills, knowledge and experience
• 360 recruitment experience (managing both recruitment and generating business through different business development methodologies)
• Track record of closing roles of varying seniority levels, including executive positions
• Proven record of exceeding targets and expanding client database
• Must have experience in hiring roles within one or more of the following industries – Automotive, Hospitality and Logistics
• Fluency in English, spoken and written, is a MUST; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Develop client relationships and achieve stretched targets
