Understand the potential of the JCB segment in the region.
· Prepare a strategy basis the market insights available.
· Plan and develop short- and long-term goals for JCB Sales.
· Prepare strategies for brand building and high recall among customers .
· Define and ensure that the sales processes are implemented as per the SOP laid down by the organization.
· Liaison with top management of principal company for more market penetration and partnering models.
· Develop customer insights to design impactful customer offers and solutions for the market in alignment with the organization & principal company.
· Regularly track the sales process implementation and customer satisfaction index.
· Analyze dealership performance, objectives, policies and procedures, make changes to these from time to time.
· Assess the market condition to maximize dealership position and investment.
· Forecast the sales requirement for the coming year and present it to the senior management.
· Liaison with the dealership management team to communicate expectations while monitoring performance.
· Lead and guide team of line managers to achieve their targets.
· Engage and motivate team on a continuous basis.
· Foster and build the values of the organization.
· Support in quality improvement and other organizational initiatives for the organization.
· Promote quality thinking and action among team members.
· Promote Value based leadership.

Desired Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: · Any Graduate/B.Tech Mechanical / MBA
Skills & Experience: Relevant experience of around 12+ years in Construction Equipment /Heavy Machinery Sales .
Preferred from OEM or Dealership handling good volume of business.
