Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the potential of the 2 Wheeler EV segment of bike pan INDIA.
• Prepare a strategy basis the market insights available.
• Plan and develop short- and long-term goals for 2 Wheeler EV
• Prepare strategies for brand building and high recall among customers for 2 Wheeler EV
• Define and ensure that the sales and service processes are implemented as per the SOP laid down by 2 Wheeler EV or dealership group.
• Liaison with top management of 2 Wheeler EV OEM for more market penetration and partnering models.
• Develop customer insights to design impactful customer offers and solutions for the market in alignment with 2 Wheeler EV and dealership group.
• Regularly track the sales process implementation and customer satisfaction index.
• Analyze dealership performance, objectives, policies and procedures, make changes to these from time to time.
• Assess the market condition to maximize dealership position and investment.
• Forecast the sales requirement for the coming year and present it to the senior management.
• Liaison with the dealership management team to communicate expectations while monitoring performance.
• Lead and guide team of sales managers to achieve their targets.
• Engage and motivate team on a continuous basis.
• Foster and build the values
• Support in quality improvement and other organizational initiatives for the organization.
• Promote quality thinking and action among team members.
• Promote Value based leadership.Key Performance Indicators:
