• Having prior experience working with AWS Cloud products
• Having automation knowledge & experience
• Being a PowerBI wizard
• Having prior experience working with Google Analytics
• Having prior experience working with a sports-based business
• Having worked in an Agile work model and familiar with tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.

Roles and Responsibilties:

• Identify and onboard (in partnership with data engineering) new data sources to enable new analyses
• Query data and create/run ETL jobs to bring data in the desired format
• Design and build reports and interactive dashboards using BI tools
• Derive insights and enable opportunity identification across functions like Marketing, Customer Service, Product and Safety/Integrity
• Perform short ad-hoc analyses to ensure seamless KPI reporting to different stakeholders
• Partner with tech teams to productionize daily, weekly and monthly dashboards/reports
• Train non-technical stakeholders on how to consume reports & dashboards
• Share work and knowledge across the organization to build a data-driven culture
• Mentor and coach junior analysts
