Overview
Will be responsible for generation, validation, analysis of Business Intelligence Reports and review with operational heads. Also responsible for MIS reporting and timely submission of reports for management.
Typical Functions Reporting:
- Single source of operational data across the key departments of the organization
- Manage all the reporting requirements of the organization including the Germany related reporting
- Facilitate recording of manual inputs necessary for report generation
- Timely Generation of accurate, adequate, and authentic RSS-wise BIR
- Designation-wise daily reporting of BIR Validation & Audits
- Daily validation of BIR for consistency with the Planning/finance and other sources
- Regular validation of manual inputs used for BIR
- Regular review (twice weekly) with key operational team on the authenticity & accuracy of BIR33
- Identification and escalation of key process gaps leading to inaccurate or inadequate reporting
- Generate weekly validation reports highlighting the various gaps
- Conduct periodic performance & data audit and highlight the gaps Performance Analysis
- Generate weekly performance review reports showcasing the performance highs and gaps across various performance parameters & hierarchies
- Facilitate weekly management review of performance
- Facilitate and participate in twice-weekly performance with the RSH
- Generate monthly performance report by 5th of every month on the last month performance across key outcomes along with performance dashboards to be provided to the management team
- Display the key performance dashboards/ charts highlights the best performance & performance-based ranking Performance, Incentive calculation: Provide the RS performance dashboards to the RSH for target setting by 5th of the month
- Facilitate the operational team & management to Calculate monthly/Quarterly sales/auditor incentive based on performance of last quarter thru revenue tracker.
- Support on Manage Process Improvement projects.
- To manage BI-MIS reporting and keep data updated to MD & CEO
- To help top management with effective reports on sales activity Process Improvement
- To assess organizational business operation needs and functional units to ensure continuous quality improvement processes; continuously reviews and refines processes and plans for improvements by collecting and interpreting various functional data and by developing recommendations and presenting summary findings to Functional/Departmental Head/Stakeholders.
- Evaluates strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals
- Collaborates with functional areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets.
Educational Qualification:
Postgraduate in Finance or Operations or Marketing, Graduate in Finance, BE/BTech, Statistics (Preferably)
Technical Skill Set:
- Statistics (Preferably), good Data analysis skills, IT skills.
