Our Client is a leading Multinational company in Automotive Leasing, offering also breakthrough solutions in Mobility.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the strategic client relationship aiming to grow the business in terms of fleet, services and
Margins.
- Visit leads and prospects (in the Large segment, Business Managers manage prospecting by
themselves), present the Company, identify needs and opportunities, and propose the company’s offer.
- Convert prospects to clients based on qualified leads resulting in a signed framework agreement.
- Use the Company’s Sales Methodology:
- Deliver advice and tangible value to the right prospect/client decision-makers by delivering
our offer, fleet/business reviews, CCP advice, and TCO savings opportunities.
- Define the account strategy of clients securing client loyalty, maximizing opportunities, and
ensuring perfect understanding of all team members.
- Feed opportunities into the CRM, follow them up and actively manage the sales pipeline by
using conversion ratios and the right sales Key Performance Indicators.
- Always make visit reports and confirmation letters communicating them to internal teams
(Account Managers, Acquisition Executives, Sales and Business Team Managers, etc.)
- For tenders: Participate in presentations and be responsible for presenting to prospects and clients.
- For Large and IBO segments, communicate all information to the Sponsors and the IBO team
Your Profile:
- Strong academic background.
- Extensive experience in managing B2B clients.
- Experience in the Automotive leasing business will be an asset.
- Impeccable English skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
