BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST ASSET MANAGEMENT
Job purpose:
Optimize the performance of assets at the lowest possible total costs, keeping safety in mind.
Be the spill between Fleet service teams, operational teams and IT- department through improving data availability, data quality and improvement/ digitization of processes.

Dutch company active in the market of logistics and supply chain services, present in over 20 countries at European level is looking for a Business Process Analyst Asset Management.
The Function
In the function of Key-user asset management you’re the linking pin between IT and the business with a position in the Central Fleet Service team. For all system, data, functional and process improvements related to asset management our IT organization will use you as contact.
As key-user you’ll need to have knowledge about the fleet service and business processes but also about data structures, interfacing and the system landscape.
In essence you understand how Asset management works in both business and Fleet Service aspects and you know how to improve the related processes. To improve the process performance there is cooperation with other departments for example about data availability and quality improvements but also with the IT department about data and/ or interface changes and with the suppliers of the asset management system
Responsibilities:
- The person is responsible to create and maintain business processes like the Business Process engineering role.
- The person also needs to become responsible to maintain and improve system and data structure related to Ultimo and the implementation of changes into the operations.
- Understand and respect the system structure including (API) interfaces.
- Understand, respect and improve the data structure including proposals for ‘catching’ data
- Identifies lack of available data and educate colleagues to improve the availability of data
- Identifies lack of good quality data and educate colleagues to improve the quality of data with the goal to improve the accuracy of the system
- Supports testing new functionalities and updates when needed and reports findings to the interested parties
- Carries out activities according to the established procedures and work instructions, provides relevant information towards team member, eg. about safety and quality documentation
- Identify user interface improvements, if any
- Understand business and IT requirements, has SQL knowledge
- Validate functional designs
- Test and update of functionalities and report findings to relevant parties
- Perform User acceptance testing, including creating and filing test report/outcome
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of process modelling, analyst and tools.

TEAM MEMBERS: Central Fleet Service team, local fleet service teams, process responsible(s), IT-department
