Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop dynamic strategies for identifying key stakeholders.
- Facilitate interactive workshops to map current processes in alignment with transformation goals.
Process Identification and Documentation: - Catalog and define all critical business processes with detailed documentation of inputs, outputs, stakeholders, and metrics/KPIs.
- Prioritize processes based on their impact on strategic goals, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
As-Is Process Mapping: - Analyze and document current processes across all business units to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Benchmark against industry best practices for standardization.
Process Mining and System Process Analysis: - Implement process mining techniques to analyze and visualize actual process performance by extracting data from event logs.
- Identify process inefficiencies, variations, and bottlenecks to facilitate targeted improvements.
Business Process Optimization: - Identify quick wins and significant enhancements in current processes.
- Ensure adaptability to new business models that anticipate industry evolution.
To-Be Process Design and Integration: - Design forward-thinking, scalable, and efficient processes optimized for digital integration.
- Ensure alignment with future operating models, customer experience roadmaps, and compliance with best practices and OEM guidelines.
Performance Metrics and KPIs: - Define comprehensive metrics and KPIs to enable ongoing evaluation and improvement of the transformation process.
Risk Management and Project Oversight: - Deliver project management approaches, including detailed risk assessments and mitigation planning.
Documentation, Training, and Change Management: - Provide detailed documentation and training plans to support effective change management.
- Ensure organizational readiness for new system implementations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in process management within the automotive distribution sector is a must.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, process optimization, and change management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
