We're hiring for one of the Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies!

Looking for a dynamic Business Unit Director who will be a board member & responsible for the following:

1. Creating & developing the long term strategical planning and annual budgeting.
2. Optimizing the operation procedures and resource allocation to ensure effective internal operation and synergies within the unit.
3. Working on new product launch & developing the plan based on market demand in collaboration with other internal stakeholders.
4. Building high-performing teams & practicing the company values to create an open, inclusive and responsible work environment.
5. You'll be the one responsible for ensuring that all activities: sales, technical and marketing groups comply with relevant Acts, policies, legal requirements and ethical standards.

Key Requirements:

• 13+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in people management.
• Current or previous experience working on cardiometabolic portfolio is a huge plus.
• Highly aware of the Egyptian market dynamics, candidates who are planning to relocate from GCC to Egypt can apply too.
• Strong marketing and bussiness skills to identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Fluent English is a must.
