Role: Business Unit Head - International Sales
Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)
Experience : Min 7+ years of proven experience in leading sales efforts, particularly in the US market for chemicals, preferably personal care or flavors and fragrance segments.
Preferable Industry : Chemcial Manufacturing/ Chemicals
Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Sales Growth:
Lead and drive sales of Personal Care and Flavors & Fragrance chemicals in the US market. The primary goal is to increase market share, identify new customers, and develop strategic business opportunities in key segments like Personal Care and Flavors & Fragrance.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to meet aggressive sales targets and quarterly profit margins, in alignment with company's Vision, Mission, Values, and broader cross-functional business objectives for the US market.
Team Leadership & Development:
Mentor and lead the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Reporting & Analytics:
Provide regular reports to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
This role is pivotal in driving company's growth in the US market, ensuring a strong foothold in the Personal Care, Flavors & Fragrance sectors, and achieving long-term business success.
