Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive sales and business development activities to generate new opportunities within the infrastructure sector.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to build a high-performing team consisting of back office and technical personnel.
• Convert business opportunities into successful wins and execute projects with operational excellence.
• Take full P&L responsibility for the business unit, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, exceeding their expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 

• Fluent in Arabic (preferred) and excellent communication skills in English. 
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the infrastructure/civil/construction sector, preferably with a TIC background.
• Proven track record in managing teams, operational delivery, and meeting client expectations.
• Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent P&L management abilities, with experience in driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality services and exceeding customer satisfaction.
