Business Unit Manager based in Bucharest for Water Technologies & Solutions

Who we are looking for:
The person passionate about technical solutions to coodonate and support the sales team and the development of specific products, dedicated to the industrial sector, including the responsibility for optimizing customer service, retention and developing the relationship with them and in the acquisition of new customers. Throughout his career, this person has shown a real passion for grow business, developing the relationship with customers, along with outstanding results in providing technical solutions to close sales.
Key activities and responsibilities
The role:
The new collegue will manage and coordinate a Business Unit's activity. Participate in developing and implementing company policies and procedures, analyze and draw reports specific to the site‘s production activities to improve the performance indicators of the production unit.
Will be responsible for generating new ideas and sources of income through suppliers and products to grow the business unit of which it is part.
Education
University study in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering - mandatory
The experience
- Solid experience in the Water Technologies & Solutions industrial field
- 5 years sales management experience in industries
- Successful experience building high performing teams of sales professionals
- Marketing experience with local market paint industry
- Strong technical knowledge of raw materials and ingredients, as well as trends and needs of products on the local market of companies in the varnish and paint industry
The role
- Create and execute the national Sales Strategy, drive corporate objectives and revenue growth
- Provide strong leadership for the national sales function, set clear and unified direction for the team
- Expand the sales team: manage, stretch, and develop into top performing organization
- Achieve revenue, profit, organizational, and strategic goals and objectives
- Enhance sales pipeline system: reporting, forecasting, performance: from lead generation to close
- Establish and maintain top level contact with organization’s important customers
- Develop annual sales business plans to drive revenue and increase market penetration
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales achievements
- Travel as necessary to visit sales team, major accounts, attend trade shows and key events
