What You’ll Do:

• Drive the daily rhythm of our detailing squad (currently 10–20 strong, with plans to grow)

• Dive deep into AutoCAD drawings for cutting-edge fiber optics and wireless installations — your eagle eye ensures precision and adherence to the highest standards tailored for diverse markets

• Mentor and onboard new talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and top-notch performance

• Be the essential connector between engineering teams, quality control, and project managers, ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution

• Plan and prioritize weekly workloads, balancing team capacity with fast-moving project demands

• Champion the creation and upkeep of drawing standards, template structures, and documentation processes that keep us efficient and scalable

• Set clear team goals, measure success, and inspire improvements — tackling challenges proactively before they arise

• Develop and refine training content to empower the team and secure consistent quality

• Play a vital role in recruiting new talent and shaping the future organization of the team

What We’re Looking For:

• A seasoned pro with 8+ years hands-on experience designing telecom or infrastructure projects, AutoCAD is your second language

• A proven leader or coordinator who thrives in managing technical teams and guiding them to success

• Expert knowledge of wireless and fiber network design, whether rooftop, towers, or indoor/outdoor fiber deployments

• Experience with telecom markets in Germany or the UK is a strong plus — you know their standards and expectations

• Fluent in English; (German language skills are a plus, not mandatory)

• Exceptionally organized, dependable, and proactive — you take charge of your team and priorities with confidence

• Ready to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on to troubleshoot technical challenges as they come

• Ambitious about growing further — whether stepping into wider department leadership or operational roles
