Our client is a German automotive supplier producing mobile transmission and reception solutions for a wide range of cars. Part of their expansion is to build a Hungarian design team as part of international engineering projects.

CAD Design Techinican (Automotive)

Main tasks:

1. Design support to engineering team using CAD system: CATIA V5
2. Creation, modification and development of 3D (model data)
3. Creation, modification and elaboration of 2D (drawings)
4. Manufacturing coordination for HF cables
5. Coordination or support in determining the assembly procedures.
6. Coordination of the labels / drawing content between German R&D Center and local manufacturing site.
7. Participation in project meetings, preparation of project documents
8. Supervision of manufacturing work (prototype production / validation / quality checks)
1. Know-how transfer between design team (design/manufacture/IE) and other facilities
10. Participation in technical meetings regarding: tool design / assembly devices
11. Technical support in selection of possible suppliers.
50. Technical support in case of supplier complaints

Requirements:

1. Machinery or equipment design references;
2. Specialized computer experience and knowledge of CAD systems (CATIA);
3. Native Hungarian, fluent English, German is an advance;
4. Ability to work under pressure, accuracy, reliability, flexibility, and team spirit;
5. Good verbal and written communication skills.
