Our client operates in the exciting and fast-growing domain of loyalty and customer engagement. They are an end-to-end loyalty marketing company that runs its own loyalty programs in partnership with large companies (such as banks, conglomerates, etc.). They are a funded company started by veterans in the Indian Industry. They own a SaaS cloud-based loyalty and travel platform – AI Loyalty that are used for enabling and running our loyalty programs and travel bookings.
Job title — Campaign Manager
Required Skills and Experience: -
• MBA in marketing or communication is a must
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent Oral & Written communication skills
• Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns
• Understand current marketing trends .The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
• Having loyalty campaigns background, travel category would be a plus
Location - Mumbai
Key responsibilities: -
• Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
• Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
• Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
• Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
• Should know email, SMS, wats app direct marketing and campaigns which are data driven.
• They have to work on lifecycle management, campaign design and set up, creatives, open rates for EDMs

• Position type and expected hours of work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday to Friday for nine hours. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
• May at times be required to work from home
