Role and Responsibilities:
• Own and optimize the entire customer lifecycle for new leads as well as for existing customers.
• Drive conversion across the funnel through acquisition, engagement, activation, retention, and growth of wallet share.
• Deliver on a ‘Brand to Demand’ Marketing Strategy, optimized for conversion through continuous retargeting. Bias towards value selling and trust building as the foundation from which to generate demand.
• Drive acquisition of both self-serve customers and higher-value leads for the sales team. Own the quality of leads being delivered to sales.
• Manage content creation and marketing operations to ensure a steady pipeline of campaigns, conversion-driving landing pages, and supporting collaterals of high quality.
• Manage company website and social media presence. Monitor, and report on performance of website traffic, click through, and conversion, and implement measures to improve it.
