This specific role would assume the responsibility for the day-to-day insurance servicing of a portfolio of captive clients. Thus ensuring that the office and client business strategies, plans, and insurance program placements are achieved, and that client service excellence is provided.

The team is in need of someone who is strong on non-life insurance technical knowledge so as to impart their knowledge and coach their team to be more technically sound.

What we are looking for:

Ideally, we would want someone who holds the ACII qualification or who is at least close to attaining it

Have at least five years of general insurance experience and a strong technical knowledge of the insurance and reinsurance industry

Possess a competent ability to assess, underwrite, and price risk exposure

Previous experience within the captive insurance industry

Some experience in staff supervision would be highly beneficial
