Role & responsibilities:

• Sharpen our Go-To-Market messaging and work on Service Offerings and Solutions.
• Capacity building as per future requirements, have a regular connect with other functions like sales, operations, and other practices leaders. Alignment of right candidates with the open opportunities. 
• Support customer initiatives of BI modernization, cloud deployments, AI/ML, Microservices, API integrations, Bigdata, Customer experience, User Experience, etc.
• Alliance partnerships with technology ISV / OEMs and grow partner ecosystem.
•  Responsible for business development, pre-sales and sales enablement with P&L responsibility of the practice.
• Incubating new technology practices & steering to hyper scale growth through partner ecosystem.
• Develop strong relationships with the cross-functional stakeholders throughout the company and are the point of contact for all data related queries.
• Involved in conducting Webinars or Seminars in the Data Engg space. Active Blogger, writer in the data Engg space.
• Interact with the CXO, Partner Ecosystem and work with their Sales Reps for leads and Consult clients on Data Blueprint, Roadmap exercise.
•    Help Go-to- Marketing team in developing strategy around offerings for the Practice.
•   Develop influential relationships and work in a cross-functional environment.

Candidate requirements:

• Thought leader on Cloud Data / Data Engg space with very good understanding of Data Ecosystem. Good knowledge of Snowflake Ecosystem is a must.
• Hands-on experience in Snowflake Ecosystem, Databricks, Matillion, Dbt, Alteryx etc.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle, SQL Server etc.
• Hands-on experience in AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Knowledge of Financial services domain.
