Qualification: · B.Tech Mechanical / MBA
Skills & Experience: 15+ years
Key Responsibilities:
· Regularly track the sales process implementation and customer satisfaction index.
· Analyze dealership performance, objectives, policies and procedures, make changes to these from time
to time.
· Assess the market condition to maximize dealership position and investment.
· Forecast the sales requirement for the coming year and present it to the senior management.
· Liaison with the dealership management team to communicate expectations while monitoring
performance.
· Lead and guide team of sales managers to achieve their targets.
· Engage and motivate team on a continuous basis.
· Foster and build the values of the organization.
· Support in quality improvement and other organizational initiatives for the organization.
· Promote quality thinking and action among team members.
· Promote Value based leadership.
