Our client is a listed Pharma Organization headquartered in Gurgaon. They are looking to onboard a CFO.- CA with 14 plus years of experience (Max experience 18 years).

Location - Gurgaon

Reporting to - CEO & MD

Team - Entire F & A, CS and Compliance Teams

Job details:

• Responsible for the preparation of the company's financial statements.
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Oversees month-end closing and year-end closing and coordinates and assigns duties to the accounting staff as needed.
• Responsible for long- and short-term cash flow and working capital/liquidity management Managing balance sheet and day-to-day liquidity to support the business needs
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Evaluates departmental performance and makes adjustments to daily operations when needed to ensure the department meets overall goals and objectives.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Prepares and provides financial statements, sales reports, commission reports, analysis, and other reports on a scheduled or unprompted basis.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Streamlining accounting functions and operations
• Developing plans for financial growth
• Ensure regulatory/compliance returns and complete Tax Function Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations.
• Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for the Company.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Education/ Knowledge/ Capabilities/ Desirables:

 CA with 14+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, last 4-5 years should be heading the finance department of a listed organization.

• Experience in Navision software will be huge plus.
• Exposure in Pharma Industry will be a huge plus.
• Good communication skills clubbed with pleasing personality.
• Computer savvy – word/ excel/ email/ internet/ social networking.
• Can present Audit Committee Financial Presentation to Board of Directors
• Statutory Audit Should be strong.
• Can Manage IT
• Experience 14 + Years - post qualification basis
• Experience in PE backed Companies a plus
