This role is also responsible for building and inculcating financial models that will work best for the business in a dynamic environment. He / She will oversee M&A/ Consolidations (investment activities), CAPEX & working capital, budgeting and treasury management to facilitate decision making and future business strategies. The person will have responsibility for implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. The job also extends to obtain and maintain investor relations and partnership compliance. The desired candidate should have excellent communication skills and good background of technology start-ups and inclination towards new technologies.

-Individuals with success in fund raising above 100 Million USD through the VC/PE route and having experience in managing 360 finance function for a manufacturing company is a must.
