Our client is a young but potential company located in Frankfurt, Germany, who is looking for an experienced CFO to join their team! We are looking for a multi languages candidate which speak fluently in Chinese, English, German or other languages in Europe. 

Main tasks:

• Coordinate with financial teams in China and develop financial team in Germany.
• Cost controlling and budget forecasting.
• Take responsibility for all issues related to reporting to the group.
• Applying key actions implemented to support sustainable business growth.
• Creating of annual budgets, as well as the Business Plan and analysis of deviations
• Guarantee the projection of the treasury.
• Apply the standards and processes in Germany and in Europe.
• Review of all necessary tax issues.
• Guarantee compliance with ethical standards and principles.
• Be the financial contact for IT and ERP tools.
• Financial planning: preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Financial analysis and management reports. 

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics or similar.
• 5 – 10 years working experience in similar positions, ideally in energy or health industry.
• Chinese, English and German fluently speaker.
• Leadership skills and a strong team player.
• Knowledge of tax regulation in Europe
• High capacity to react to a changing international context.
• Provide and share a common vision with a defined long-term plan.
• Knowledge of financial solutions and experience in their implementation.
