The candidate will be responsible for all Group Finance activities in the country to enable business performance, will follow  Finance policies, processes and procedures, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality and cost -effective Finance services in the country.

Main activities:

Management of country consolidated financial performances: P&L, balance sheet and cash flow

Supervision of accountability of monthly and yearly closing (statutory accounts)

Preparation of financial statements

Relation with external stakeholders, external auditors, insurance brokers, public/fiscal authorities

Management of country investments

Risk & Compliance: ensuring compliance with all local legislation and establishment of risk management, internal control and compliance processes

Country Treasury and Tax (cash and debt balances)

Management of special change management projects at international level

Coordination of an internal team

The ideal candidate should have a solid professional background as Finance Director / CFO in modern multinational companies. Fluent English and strong leadership skills are required.
