The Italian recruitment agency is part of Antal International Ltd, a global leader in candidate search, selection, and placement of senior-level professionals. Antal Italy has been in the recruitment industry for more than 30 years. Vincenzo Trabacca - Managing Director Italy

Vincenzo is a pivotal part of the Italian leadership team in the Antal International network.

After successfully completing his degree in Business Administration at the Università Cattolica Del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Vincenzo started his career in business development for one of the major Italian insurance companies. 

At the beginning of 1998, he joined Antal International during its start-up phase, and actively contributed to its initial growth. His first role was Banking and Accountancy Consultant. In 2002, he was promoted to Country Manager Italy and since then he has contributed to increasing the scale and scope of the Italian business. 

The local team was grown progressively with new talents and he was able to bring on board valid managers to whom he entrusted the creation and growth of specialised teams and strong partnerships with clients. There have been many successes, recognised within the group internationally. 

Today Antal International has two offices in Italy, more than 70 employees and a strong specialisation both in the business functions and sectors. Many employees have been working in Antal International for several years.
