One of our dynamic clients in Gurgaon is looking for a strategic and experienced CFO to join their leadership team.
Location: Gurgaon
Qualification: Qualified CA
Experience: 20+ years in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years at the CFO level
Industry : FMCG background only
Key Responsibilities:
- Control and oversee two plant locations Rajasthan and M. P.
- Work with SEBI and arrange meetings
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements
- Manage investor relations and fundraising activities
- Implement financial controls and systems for efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership on business decisions and strategic planning
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
