General description of the role: 

The role is a replacement.

The usual CFO responsibilities are to redefine financial strategies, cooperate with board on a regular basis, coordinate all accounting & finance in the co)

Also the tactical ones:  lead and manage the day-to-day work of a Shared Resources team, ensuring that targets are set, met and monitored; and team members are supported and enabled to meet these targets and achieve a high level of performance both individually, and as a member of a successful finance team.  

The CFO will have the consolidation reporting duties.

The CFO as a very active board team member will coordinate various and complex business projects.

Role requirements / skills, competencies, certifications:

- Evidence of professional accomplishments and experience with global companies or organizations.
- Treasury and currency exchange management experience as this role will storngly cooperate with the treasury function .
- Experience in major international accounting or management consulting firm or multinational firm is required.
- Understanding of and belief in a global model of organization, which requires leadership to be collaborative and consultative.

- Consolidation of group of companies reporting is very important knowledge in this role.
- Strong general management capabilities.
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively.

Prior experience a similar role
(Minimum)    - Senior leadership in strategic financial management ideally that involved production .
- Ability to work collaboratively with all areas of the group and the outside stakeholders
- Flexibility and the ability to work in a dynamic work environment. Previous cooperation with a Shared service in accounting could be a plus.

Studies    

- An undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or international equivalent).
-ACCA/ MBA and/or C.P.A (or international equivalent).

Other abilities/requirements  

 - A valid driver’s license.
- PC literate
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High standards with regards to social and environmental performance
- Good mobility when required 
- English knowledge – advanced level.
