Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive distribution growth and expand our channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the coffee or vending machine business, focusing solely on channel development and distributor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Expand Distribution Channels: Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and channel partners to strengthen market presence.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales through channel partners, ensuring consistent business growth.
• Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities within the coffee and vending machine segment.
• Negotiation & Pricing Strategy: Develop competitive pricing strategies and negotiate terms with distributors.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring targets are met.
• Brand Representation: Ensure brand visibility and market positioning through channel strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Channel Sales within the coffee or vending machine industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of distribution models and channel strategies in the coffee/vending machine sector.
• Negotiation & Communication: Excellent ability to manage relationships and close deals.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in sales forecasting, market analysis, and reporting.
• Location Preference: Candidates must be from the coffee or vending machine industry with experience in relevant markets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with leading coffee brands or vending machine companies.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for channel sales tracking.
• Strong network in the coffee distribution business.
