Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, a Chassis Control System Functional Safety Expert.

Location: Shanghai or Baoding, China

Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsibilities:

▪ Responsible for guiding the definition of product safety requirements.

▪ Responsible for working with the development team to complete various functional safety analyses of systems, hardware, software, and levels and formulate corresponding functional safety strategies.

▪ Organize and plan the development of functional safety test cases and functional safety testing, verification, and defect rectification.

▪ Leading participation in system architecture and software architecture design from the perspective of functional safety.

▪ Responsible for building a functional safety culture and training the team to have the ability to design and develop functional safety software

Qualifications:

▪ Bachelor degree or above.

▪ At least 8 years of work experience in chassis control related functional safety development. 

▪ Proficient in ISO26262, GB/T34590, IS021448 and other related functional safety standards.

▪ Proficient in functional safety development process, familiar with embedded software development, with functional safety development project mass production experience.

▪ Familiar with automotive electronic and electrical architecture, AutoSAR architecture, and have relevant software, hardware and system design knowledge.

▪ Familiar with the product development process and design specifications of complete vehicle or parts. 

▪ Familiar with FMEA/FMEDA, FTA, DFA and other safety analysis methods. 

▪ Motivated and teamwork spirit and good communication skills, working experience in multinational companies is preferred.
