Work Location: Baoding

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for chassis tuning of sport cars to ensure ride comfort, covering the calibration and adjustment of key systems such as tires, suspension (springs, stabilizer bars, passive/electronic dampers, bushings, etc.), steering, and aerodynamics;
2. Leading the resolution of comprehensive ride and handling performance issues;
3. Responsible for improving the chassis tuning process and system;
4. Serving as a technical mentor, guiding team members to improve their professional skills and promoting the overall engineering capabilities of the team.

Qualifications:

1. Over 20 years of experience in dynamics development;
2. Experience in sports car chassis tuning with European OEMs, design firms, and/or racing teams, with relevant resources in sports car dynamics tuning;
3. Proficient in vehicle dynamics theory, related component structure, and design;
4. Understanding of the impact of various electronic control systems on handling and stability performance;
5. Track driving ability and experience;
6. Experience in tuning the chassis of at least three commercially available sports car models.
