Responsibilities:
Full management of accounting and tax records;
Review contracts for tax and currency control matters;
Preparation and submission of tax (forms 200.00, 300.00, 101.04, 100.00), statistical reports, and reports to the National Bank (1PB, PR-I, PR-K);
Handle electronic invoices (SNT, ESF), period closing, payment invoices, and reconciliation of accounts receivable/payable;
Provide financial and management reports to the management;
Manage HR documentation for a staff of 5 (attendance records, orders for hiring, dismissal, bonuses, etc.);
Handle payroll calculations;
Manage calculations with foreign counterparties, currency control, and registration of contracts in the bank;
Prepare and send payment orders via client-bank system.
Software and Tax Compliance;
Work in 1C, version 8.3;
Organize the maintenance of accounting registers, execution of expense budgets, accounting of assets, liabilities, fixed assets, inventories, cash, and settlements with counterparties.
