KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and enhance the company's accounting and tax policies, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local legislation.
• Lead the preparation and adherence to the current chart of accounts and the forms of primary accounting documents.
• Design internal accounting forms and procedures for inventory management, transaction control, and document flow.
• Ensure the efficient organization of accounting and reporting, delivering timely, complete, and accurate financial information.
• Manage tax accounting and reporting, aiming to minimize tax risks and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Oversee the accounting of property, iabilities, and transactions, ensuring an accurate reflection of the company's financial status.
• Collaborate with global accounting service providers to optimize accounting service delivery workflows.
• Ensure compliance with registration and reporting procedures, control inventory and cash flows, and prevent financial discrepancies.
• Maintain financial discipline within the Finance Department, ensuring the security and proper archiving of accounting records.
• Prepare documentation for Transfer Pricing transactions in accordance with local legislation.
• Direct the accounting team to achieve and maintain Accounting KPIs.
• Contribute to the monthly and quarterly financial closing process, ensuring timely and accurate data submission.
• Participate in the preparation and verification of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, analyzing data for accuracy.
• Prepare and submit various tax returns and financial reports, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and deadlines.
• Respond to tax inquiries and adapt to changes in tax legislation, informing relevant stakeholders.
• Complete Risk Control Matrix targets and participate in audits, providing essential information and implementing auditor recommendations.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher professional education.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in an international company.

• Proficiency in English language (at least Upper Intermediate level).

• SAP is must

• Experience in transfer pricing would be a plus
