Responsibilities:

• Overview of the Financial functions of the Company.
• Evaluation and enhancement of the current accounting system and procedures to facilitate efficient reporting, internal controls and adherence to accounting standards.
• Preparation of consolidated Management Accounts for internal and external reporting.
• Implement Finance ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Preparation of monthly Cash flow and assessment of liquidity of the Company.
• Provide input and support to FP&A for various group reporting requirements as requested by the board.
• Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of IFRS and standard VAT and Taxation principles.
• Perform other accounting and finance tasks as requested either from a Company’s point of view or for group reporting purposes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics.
• ACA/ACCA Qualified qualified will be an advantage.
• Experience in preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements is a must.
• Experience in ERP implementation.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Experience in brokerage, gaming or Fintech industries is an advantage.
