Major tasks:
a) Handle full spectrum of financial role (Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger etc.);
b) Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations;
c) Supervision of the Accounting team;
d) Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts;
e) Developing and maintaining accounting principles, policies, practices and procedures
f) Coordinate and perform the month-end/period-end financial closing and reporting activities
g) Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting;
h) Preparation of Annual Report according to Hungarian GAAP, statutory and fiscal regulation;
i) Ensure accuracy of accounting records and financial statements in accordance with GAAP and in compliance with internal policies;
j) Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams;
k) Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up;
l) Supporting Finance Manager in ensuring that inter company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy;
Requirements:
a) University degree in Accounting and Chartered Accountant status
b) 5+ years of relevant experience in financial & management accounting
c) Experience in leading a team
d) Chartered Accountant professional knowledge
e) Relevant experience in audit and costing is advantageous.
f) Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
g) Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
h) Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
i) Working experience in SAP is highly regarded
j) Native Hungarian is a must, English language is preferred
