Role & responsibilities:

• Lead the Interactive Solutions practice as it continues to grow across the globe, with increasing client additions, supported by strong, globally dispersed internal teams
• Lead and collaborate across enterprise teams developing best-in-class platforms, products, and capabilities in Marketing Data, Orchestration, Customer Data Platform, Ad-Tech / Social leading Marketing Transformation
• Define architecture policies and establish governance mechanism and supervise architectural implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Interactive vertical, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Candidate requirements:

• 20+ years of overall experience in MarTech
• Proven leader with deep experience in architecting large global E-commerce, marketing technology solutions implementations.
• Strong application architectural design skills and experience across multiple web / mobile platforms
• Hands-on with relevant technical architecture solutions, with the ability to zoom out at a solution / enterprise architecture level.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and build market-leading solutions, spanning multiple technologies / stacks.  
• Ability to lead executive-level workshops with customers
• Ability to define architecture policies and to establish governance mechanisms to ensure architectural implementation
• Ability to work in a matrix environment.
