Job Summary:

The Chief Distribution Officer (CDO) will lead the sales and distribution strategy for a leading Life Insurance company in Ghana. This executive role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution channels, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to increase market share.
• Lead and manage the agency network, bancassurance, brokers, and digital sales channels.
• Identify and execute new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• Drive sales performance, set targets, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
• Oversee training and capacity-building initiatives for sales teams and distribution partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines governing life insurance distribution in Ghana.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to enhance sales performance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and distribution within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong leadership experience managing large sales teams and distribution networks.
• Deep knowledge of life insurance products, market trends, and regulatory landscape.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
