Location: Baoding, China

Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsabilities:

▪ Responsible for the research of product development direction according to the company strategy, put forward suggestions on the formulation of technical development strategy plan, and plan the product line of the company.

▪ Responsible for guiding the implementation of major technical decisions and technical solutions, evaluating product development and project delivery, guiding the design team to work, and maintaining the advanced technology of the company's products.

▪ Responsible for guiding core technology research and key research.

▪ To preside over the technical analysis, feasibility study and evaluation of new products of the company.

▪ Responsible for the selection and optimization of the scheme in the design stage, lead and participate in the review of the design results in each stage.

▪ Responsible for organizing and implementing international cooperation and technical exchange.
