Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, a Chief Engineer of BSR Performance Control.

Location: Baoding, China

Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsibilities：

▪ Guide the construction of BSR verification system, integrate the BSR development experience of foreign companies,control indicators,test method,improvements strategy into our company’s development’s process.

▪ Guide the BSR validation capability enhancement,improve subjective evaluation,objective test method, combined with project control to recognize the BSR problems and analyze it.

▪ Guide the cultivation of talents and the technical research,carry out BSR capacity training, achieve building the team and ability improvements.

Qualifications：

▪ Degree: Bachelor degree or above

▪ Major in vehicle machinery or realated.

▪ Communication: ability to communicate and cooperate.

▪ Language: English as daily working language.

▪ Experience: more than 15 years of working experience in internationally well-known automobile company. Took charge of BSR technical reaserch, main responsibility for planning or pushed forward  progress of the BSR development projects at least three times.

Professional skills:

▪ Master the profesional knowledge of mechanism, main reasons and design of abnormal sound of vehicle. 

▪ Be familiar with the vehicle development BSR working contents,tools and methods at each stage,also be able to instruct others’ work. 

▪ Mastering BSRproblem validation, screening,improve methods and tools. 

▪ Able to help the team to carry out research projects, BSR development.
