Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, a Chief Engineer of EE Architecture.

Location: Baoding, China

Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsibilities:

▪ Responsible for benchmarking analysis, demand analysis, and feasibility analysis of domestic and foreign regulations for the vehicle electrical architecture platform;

▪ Responsible for the research and formulation of electrical architecture development strategies, technology selection and technical solutions (communication, diagnosis, algorithm strategy, functional energy allocation, functional safety, information security, power distribution, system planning, resource bandwidth allocation, etc.), and promote implementation;

▪ Responsible for electrical architecture design, electrical system technical requirements and functional domain technical specification review, electrical architecture integration and evaluation and analysis and demonstration, release the electrical architecture plan;

▪ Responsible for optimizing hardware and communication strategies of various domains and platforms, improving communication efficiency and reducing hardware costs;

▪ Take the lead in solving hot issues of various domains and platforms, and provide feasible solutions;

▪ Take the lead in evaluating the feasibility of new technologies in the field of platforms and systems, put forward suggestions for improvement and apply them to the design;

▪ Combined with enterprise planning and industry technology trends, responsible for the overall solution planning of SOA architecture;

▪ Understand the SOA architecture design idea, lead the team to complete the overall framework design of the vehicle SOA service, service mining, service standardized definition of interfaces and service modeling;

▪ Responsible for SOA service database creation, management and release. Guide the formulation of SOA service interface description specifications and software requirements specifications;

▪ Responsible for cooperating with architecture team, software platform, information security, functional safety and other teams to design and software related SOA systems;

▪ Design is responsible for the development and application of forward-looking technologies and systems related to vehicle performance.

Requirements:

1. Working years and qualifications: 

Bachelor degree or above (including degrees), electrical engineering, automation, vehicle, electronics or software and other related majors, more than 15 years of experience in well-known OEM EE architecture at home and abroad, and led the EE platform architecture planning.

2. Necessary skills:

1) Familiar with the vehicle development process;
2) Familiar with function development and system development process;
3) Have experience in positive development projects, and have the ability to evaluate and decide on architecture and functional solutions.

3. Job skills:

1) Familiar with the electronic and electrical architecture development process;
2) Familiar with at least two or more domain functions such as body domain, cockpit domain, intelligent driving domain, power domain, etc. and Information Security Fundamentals;
3) Have a deep understanding of domain control and SOA electrical architecture, and be familiar with architecture technical solutions in one or more fields;
4) Experience in SOA service/system design or development, familiar with and master SOME/IP, Ethernet foundation, RESTful, MQTT.

4. Tool skills:

Master at least one development tool chain related to electrical architecture.
