Responsibilities:- Responsible for 800V technology roadmap planning, product competitiveness building, and technology platform development, mainly including
- Coordinate product benchmarking and technical roadmap planning for the three major and small electrical and thermal management systems
- Responsible for defining the competitive strategy and core indicators of 800V system products, including power economy, voltage platform matching, fast charging performance, etc
- Responsible for developing product plans for the power system of the 800V technology platform
- Responsible for testing and verifying the 800V technology platform, supporting product mass production and landing
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
- Major: Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, and other related majors;
- Years of work and qualifications: With more than 15 years of experience in the development of related fields, and no less than 1 800V new energy vehicle development project experience.
Skill requirements:
- Familiar with the core working principles and product design of various high-voltage components;
- Familiar with domestic and international 800V models, product technology routes and plans;
- Familiar with high-power charging standards;
- Understand the ecosystem of supplementary charging network;
- Capable of designing and matching power system solutions, mastering voltage platforms, charging compatibility, and other 800V technology bottlenecks and problem-solving solutions;
- Have team management experience and be able to review and approve technical routes, product plans, and competitiveness.
