Responsibilities:

Responsible for MEA design, specific research and development of trial manufacture team, management;

Responsible for the establishment of MEA supply chain and  core material database, MEA forward development  system and electrochemical performance simulation ability

Responsible for the roadmap of MEA and the formulation of various products, leading the design, trial-manufacture and test verification of MEA products;

Assist the director and senior project manager to formulate the annual budget of the team and control the budget

Assist director and senior project manager to complete MEA technology and product roadmap planning;

Assist director and senior project manager in the development, production and sales of MEA products

Assist director and senior project manager to formulate annual work policy and ensure timely achievements;

Responsible for cascade cultivation and capability improvement of MEA technical team?

Develop National and International Collaborations for Advancing MEA technology.

Qualification:

More than 15 years working experience in fuel cell industry

Rich experience in MEA, able to lead team independently in MEA development
