Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, a Chief Engineer of Power NVH Performance Control.

Location: Baoding, China

Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsibilities：

▪ Lead NVH performance development and control capability improvement of power and transmission. Imrove the powertrain and transmission target value,subjective evaluation,objective test, the simulation analysis methods and standards. Establish accurate development process and system.

▪ Responsible for indentifying the power and transimission problems and make optimization plans at the early stage.

▪ Guide the current team and improve the team efforts for developing the power and transmission NVH.

▪ Mastering the trend of power and transmission NVH abroad, point out the aspects that the team potentially needs to improve.

Qualifications：

▪ Experience: more than 15 years of working experience in developing vehicle’s power and transmission NVH.

▪ Necessary skills: ability of power and transmission NVH performance development.

▪ Position skills: familiar with the developing process of power and transmission NVH. Have large amount of knowledge and design experience, ale to instruct the stimulation and experiments.

▪ Tools: mastering power and transmission NVH problems analyzing,validation,screening,optimizing methods and tools.
