Recruiting Unit: GWM Commercial Vehicle

Responsibilities:
Guide vehicle aerodynamic performance development and personnel training, including:
1. Lead the team in developing technical plans for the company's vehicle aerodynamic performance and responsible for achieving these goals;
2. Conduct expert-level communication with relevant departments on key issues related to vehicle aerodynamic performance development, promote implementation, and address key issues;
3. Conduct research on key topics related to the team's technical capabilities;
4. Develop personnel training and development plans, and provide systematic technical training for team members.

Job Requirements:
Education: Master's degree or above with a major: Vehicle aerodynamics, fluid mechanics, or related fields.

Qualifications: At least 15 years of experience in vehicle aerodynamics development at an internationally renowned automotive company, with primary responsibility for the development of no fewer than five production models.

Skill Requirements: Familiar with the vehicle aerodynamics development process, extensive experience in integrating aerodynamic design elements into styling and vehicle design, and the ability to provide comprehensive technical guidance for aerodynamic simulation and testing.

Project: Improve the aerodynamic performance of our company's vehicles, focusing on reducing drag and fuel consumption, and conducting refined development of vehicle aerodynamic performance.

Results to be Achieved:
1. Develop and refine vehicle aerodynamic performance development methods and plans, and promote their application in projects;
2. Enhance the team's overall theoretical capabilities, from engineering results to principle analysis;
3. Raise the aerodynamic performance of our company's vehicles, including wind resistance, to internationally leading levels.
