Position number 2323 - Chief Engineer of Suspension System Development
Report to: Vice President

Current Status：
Facing the increasingly fierce competition in the automotive market, the production and supply of automotive suspension parts has entered the intensely competitive marketplace. It is urgent to expand new areas (suspension system development capabilities) and continuously enhance the competitiveness of the company.

Open Topics and Expected Effect：
Overall responsible for the integrated development of the suspension system: including the determination of design scheme, determination of system hard points, structural layout and movement check, determination of suspension system performance indicators, calculation of performance parameters, formulation of suspension system test and verification scheme and solution of technical problems in the development process.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for suspension system development, including suspension system development, performance design, performance matching, etc.;
2. Responsible for determining the performance indicators of suspension system, accounting and analysis of performance parameters, and product optimization;
3. Responsible for suspension system demand analysis, functional architecture construction, assembly performance development, etc.;
4. Responsible for new technology research, matching and adjustment of suspension system, and complete the establishment of process and specification.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above with a major in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Design or related;
- More than 10 years of working experience in the development of automotive suspension system in Benchmarking Company, with strong organizational and coordination ability;
- Can independently carry out the development of the suspension system, independently solve the field and test problems emergency;
- Have a solid foundation of suspension system design, system tuning and performance testing, and have the ability to analyze and rectify technical and quality problems on site.
