Responisibilities:
- Based on the development trend of lighting technology and the positioning of the company's brand and vehicle model, formulate a medium and long-term technical roadmap plan for lighting fixtures (including indoor ambient lighting), and identify technical topics with core value to organize project initiation research;
- Conduct preliminary research on innovative optical and process technology solutions with high cost-effectiveness (including indoor ambient lighting), and integrate design creativity into the design, which will be applied in vehicle development:
- Enhance the perception of lighting fixtures (including indoor atmosphere lights) in terms of functionality and scene user experience;
- Responsible for introducing external excellent benchmark enterprise lighting technology standards and intelligence, and carrying out internal standard system upgrades;
- Responsible for establishing professional knowledge and cultivating talents in the lighting industry.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
- Major: Automotive, Mechanical, Optical, Electronic and Electrical;
- Qualifications: More than 15 years of experience in lighting design and development, working in mainstream lighting manufacturers
- Has been responsible for the design and development of more than 5 types of lighting products for the leading OEMs, and has been responsible for systematic technological innovation projects of lighting, which have been mass-produced and applied.
- Proficient in using CATIA or UG 3D software, proficient in applying more than one lighting fixture optical design and optical simulation analysis software, and able to independently complete optical scheme design and simulation analysis.
- Possess good communication skills and endurance.
