- Understand the potential of the segment of cars and CVs . · Prepare a strategy basis the market insights available.
- Plan and develop short- and long-term goals · Prepare strategies for brand building and high recall among customers
- Define and ensure that the sales and service processes are implemented as per the SOP laid down by OEM and Group.
- Liaison with top management of OEM for more market penetration and partnering models.
- Develop customer insights to design impactful customer offers and solutions for the market in alignment with OEM and The group
- Regularly track the sales process implementation and customer satisfaction index.
- Analyze dealership performance, objectives, policies and procedures, make changes to these from time to time. ·
- Assess the market condition to maximize dealership position and investment.
- Forecast the sales requirement for the coming year and present it to the senior management.
- Lead and guide team of sales managers to achieve their targets.
- Engage and motivate team on a continuous basis. · Foster and build the values.
- Support in quality improvement and other organizational initiatives for the organization
