KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute the overall business and growth strategy, ensuring scalable and sustainable expansion of the platform.
• Lead the organisation through its next phase of scale-up, strengthening operations, technology adoption, governance and commercial execution.
• Drive product and business innovation across payments, digital finance and platform-based services, with a strong focus on customer value.
• Build, inspire and lead a high-performing leadership team, fostering ownership, speed and execution discipline.
• Act as the main interface with investors, Board members, strategic partners and key enterprise clients.
• Ensure robust risk awareness and decision-making, balancing growth ambition with precision and control.
• Represent the company externally, strengthening brand credibility and market positioning with large corporate clients and ecosystem partners.
• Prepare the business for future group-level leadership and broader international expansion.

IDEAL PROFILE

• 10–15+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, executive leadership or senior management roles within fintech, digital finance, payments or technology-driven businesses.
• Proven track record of building, scaling or transforming a business, ideally as a founder, co-founder, CEO or senior executive in a high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of technology, digital platforms and financial services, with the ability to translate vision into execution.
• Demonstrated experience managing growth, complexity and organisational scale, including people, processes and commercial expansion.
• Solid understanding of risk, governance and regulatory environments, without being risk-averse.
• Charismatic, high-energy leader with strong personal drive, resilience and a hands-on mindset.
• Strategic thinker with an out-of-the-box approach, capable of challenging the status quo and building for the long term.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, investors and large enterprise clients at executive level.
• International mindset and excellent English, Romanian market exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.
