Per hotel 5 stelle sulla riviera ligure (provincia di Imperia), stiamo attualmente ricercando una figura di GENERAL MANAGER. Principali responsabilità: Pianificare e coordinare le attività operative dei diversi reparti, con particolare attenzione al F&B. Garantire gli standard internazionali di servizio e il miglioramento della customer experience. Gestire le relazioni interne con leadership, collaborazione e ottime doti relazionali. Monitorare performance economico-finanziarie, budget, forecast e scostamenti, in collaborazione con Finance. Definire e implementare strategie di marketing con il team Sales & Marketing. Garantire manutenzione ed efficienza di struttura, impianti e attrezzature. Supervisionare selezione e gestione del personale in collaborazione con HR. Garantire il rispetto delle normative in materia di igiene, salute, sicurezza e privacy. Principali requisiti: esperienza nel ruolo di General Manager. Si valutano profili con pluriennale esperienza nel ruolo di Hotel Manager. Eccellenti capacità di leadership, problem solving e gestione delle relazioni con i vari dipartimenti della struttura albeghiera. Provenienza da strutture organizzate e affiliate (The Leading Hotels of the World, Small Luxury o equivalenti), preferibilmente indipendenti. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e possibilmente della lingua francese. Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office. RAL: fino a 90.000 lordi annui + alloggio in appartamento nei pressi della struttura alberghiera.
